Registration:

You must register to participate at GlyphicsDesigns.com, and you are expected to abide by the Rights and Rules of the site. Once you have received your Member ID and Temporary Password by email, you will be eligible to buy materials listed on the site.

Your Member ID and Password:

Once you have registered you may not change your member ID. You may certainly change your password at any time. Your password is stored in the Contact Info area, and may be accessed by logging in to the Members Area.

Trust and Feedback:

GlyphicsDesigns.com will act in a responsible manner monitoring the buying and selling activity on the site. Resolution of any purchase issues (problems downloading files, opening files, etc.) should first be attempted directly with the seller. There is a link to contact the seller on every listing page. If unable to resolve, please contact site administration. Please understand however, this site is a venue, and GlyphicsDesigns.com cannot take responsibility for transactions that take place between the members of the site.

Each member may leave feedback for another member after they have completed a transaction. This feedback may be viewed by anyone by clicking on the number displayed next to a members ID.

Feedback provides an opportunity for buyers to comment on the materials they've downloaded and so can provide insight for potential buyers. While the lack of any feedback may only mean a member is new to the site, the feedback tool is a good way to judge the satisfaction of other members, as well as the timeliness and demeanor of the member who has been left feedback.

Finding Listings:

Locate an item you are interested in by clicking the Listings link located at the top of every page, or perform a Search for something you are interested in finding. Once you have chosen a particular category or received search results, you will see a list of items to review.

Each item in this list will display the Title of the Item provided by the seller and, if a picture has been provided by the seller, you will see a small image as well. Click the title to view the details of the item, as well as any additional information (means to contact, other works, areas of expertise) if provided by the seller.

Making the Purchase:

Once you have decided to buy you will need to have your Member ID and Password handy provided to you at registration (you may have changed your password by now, so use the new one!). All items listed are available for immediate download (a link is provided both via email and in the Member's Area) as soon as completing the transaction. All transactions are securely processed via credit card or paypal account via paypal.

After Downloading:

Be sure to leave feeback on what you purchased. Your Members Area provides the ability to leave feedback,as well as view a linked purchase history, easily communicate with member purchased from, change preferences, track listings you've marked to watch, as well as other tools to make your buying experience complete.
